Supportive Organisations

North Ayrshire Council. Launched the White Ribbon Scotland Campaign in North Ayrshire in May 2010 – a key driver behind this was the North Ayrshire Violence Against Women Partnership. The North Ayrshire White Ribbon Junior Football Initiative was succesfully launched in January 2011.

Scottish Junior Football Association The SJFA is a supporter of the White Ribbon Scotland campaign. Lent its backing to the North Ayrshire White Ribbon Junior Football initiative in North Ayrshire, and aims to support a nationwide roll-out of this campaign in the future.

Most men do not commit violence against women. But all men have a role in ending it. If we all start by making a pledge never to commit, condone or remain silent about men's violence against women in all its forms, that will make a huge difference.
