White Ribbon Scotland is a charity which began in 2010 and aims to engage men to help end violence against women (VAW) by raising awareness of VAW and what men and boys can do to help end it.
In Clackmannanshire, the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) Partnership are working tirelessly to end gender-based violence, providing vital support to women affected and delivering preventative approaches in schools and communities.
The White Ribbon Scotland Status Project for Clackmannanshire is led by our local White Ribbon Steering Group. Our co-Ambassadors Councillor Phil Fairlie and Councillor Scott Harrisson are leading local voices setting the example for local men to raise their voices against gender-based violence.
