A Busy Week in Stirling – Speaker Training at Forthbank Stadium

The White Ribbon Scotland team delivered Speaker training in Forthbank Stadium, Stirling this week.

Students and staff from the University of Stirling, alongside representatives from Stirling Council attended our full-day training session to become qualified Speakers.
Speaker training is designed to equip volunteers to actively engage men in ending violence against women.  This session saw excellent engagement from all attendees who can now have discussion about violence against women in all its forms into the wider community.
A special thanks to Dougie Porteous of Active Stirling  and of White Ribbon Scotland’s Stirling Steering Group for arranging such excellent accommodation for the day at Forthbank Performance Sports Centre, home to Stirling Albion.
