Voice Against Violence wins award

Congratulations must go to Voice Against Violence for winning the Young Scot 'Diversity and Citizenship' award! They collected their award alongside some of Scotland's most inspiring young people and it really is a fantastic commendation for the work they have done in tackling domestic abuse.

Voice Against Violence are a group of 8 young experts with first-hand experience of domestic abuse and the services that are available to those affected. It is their experience and knowledge that has been so integral in the planning and implementation of the National Domestic Abuse Delivery Plan; Ministers and CoSLA have met with VAV several times before and after the plan was launched to ensure that their expertise informed the workplan from start to finish.

All White Ribbon Scotland supporters wish you congratulations on your achievement and good luck for the future. To read more about their work visit their website.
