Police Domestic abuse is a criminal offence. Forces have specially trained, experienced officers Get the number in your phone book (under P), or if you are in immediate danger phone 999.

National Rape Crisis Scotland Helpline 08088 01 03 02 support for anyone who has been affected by sexual violence. (6pm-midnight)

ChildLine 0800 1111 (24 hours) free national helpline for children and young people in trouble or danger.
