If you are facing violence you do not have to put up with it. There is support available. Contact the services below for free confidential advice. They can also direct you to local support services.

National domestic abuse helpline 0800 027 1234 (24 hours)

Your local Women’s Aid group

Police Domestic abuse is a criminal offence. Forces have specially trained, experienced officers Get the number in your phone book (under P), or if you are in immediate danger phone 999.

National Rape Crisis Scotland Helpline 08088 01 03 02 support for anyone who has been affected by sexual violence. (6pm-midnight)

ChildLine 0800 1111 (24 hours) free national helpline for children and young people in trouble or danger.
